Baltimore—(April 15, 2015)— MedStar Health is proud to announce nine of its Baltimore hospital nurses have been recognized as the region’s top nurses by Baltimore magazine’s inaugural “Excellence in Nursing” 2015 survey.
In the first annual “Excellence in Nursing” survey, Baltimore magazine solicited nominations from peers, supervisors and patients of registered nurses, who represent the finest in their field. To arrive at the results of the survey, a panel of RN advisors, appointed by the Maryland Nurses Association and major local hospitals, reviewed nominations and selected the top candidates under 18 different nursing specialties.
The following nurses, covering a variety of specialties, from MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, MedStar Harbor Hospital and MedStar Union Memorial Hospital, were named 2015 top nurses by Baltimore magazine:

The winners were announced at a reception at The Center Club on April 14, and are featured in the May issue of Baltimore magazine, now on stands.
