Jill Donaldson
Vice President, Operations
Prior to joining MedStar Harbor Hospital in July 2010, Jill Donaldson, vice president of operations, previously served as vice president of perioperative services at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, a MedStar Health sister hospital to MedStar Harbor. Donaldson joined the Hospital Center's executive leadership team in April 2007 as vice president of cancer and neurosciences. Prior to that, she served as the hospital's administrator for Women and Infants' Services.
Donaldson began her career at MedStar Health in 1996, serving in numerous roles throughout the system. Prior to joining the Hospital Center in 2005, she was the administrator for cardiology and for the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. In addition, she has held roles at MedStar in strategic planning services and in research administration.
Donaldson received her bachelor's degree from Tufts University and her master's in health services administration from the University of Michigan. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Association of Cancer Executives.
